Braille stickers

Types, features and benefits of tactile labels

Stickers for steps, stairs and walkways are installed depending on the density of the flow of people in the room. In this regard, there are two types of stickers:

  • self-adhesive with a special layer. To apply them, it is necessary to degrease the surface, remove the protective film and place the load for some time.
  • those mounted with an aluminium profile (rubber insert, aluminium profile). To apply them, you need to drill holes, screw the frame and insert the tape.

There are also stickers for steps with a "corner". This type of tactile tape is most suitable for places with a large flow of visitors (hospitals, theatres, bus stations, educational institutions, etc.)

Tactile stickers have a number of advantages:

  • high resistance to humidity and temperature changes;
  • material durability, resistance to heavy loads;
  • durability of the top coating: the pattern does not wear off and does not lose its relief;
  • versatility: can be used both outdoors and indoors;
  • anti-slip function;
  • quick installation and easy replacement if necessary;
  • easy to care for: they do not get dirty, can be cleaned quickly, and any household chemicals can be used.
