Tactile album for the blind: "Cultural Treasures. The World" contains tactile images of works of art. The technique of tiflography is a relief printing that allows you to "see by touch", as well as descriptions in Braille. This format of art albums is new for Ukraine, so we hope that this experience will contribute to the development of inclusive art in Ukraine.
The tactile album "Cultural Treasures. The World" opens up a unique world of art for blind people. The use of the tiflography technique allows us to comprehend the beauty of works through touch. It is not just a way to get acquainted with art, but also an opportunity to understand cultural heritage more deeply. The relief printing makes the images tangible, and the text in Braille helps to understand the context and history of the work.
The album "Cultural Treasures. The World" features reproductions of world masterpieces. Each page reveals a unique work, supplemented by a textual description. This allows blind people not only to "feel" the artworks, but also to learn their history and significance.
