In September 2017, the Kyiv City Children’s Diagnostic Centre (KCCDC) approached the All-Ukrainian Public Association ‘National Assembly of Disabled People of Ukraine’ with a request to audit the accessibility of the premises and surrounding area for people with disabilities and other immobile population groups.
